A Cement Plant is using pressure sensors to monitor hydraulic pressure on 12 grinding plates on their raw

mill grinder. The system is set up that if any two of the sensors are activated the system shuts down.

A 4-20mA signal from the pressure sensor is sent into a plc system which controls the set pressure with high accuracy and repeatability.

Another advantage is the built-in indicator which allows local visual monitoring of the system.
