Data Loggers

A data logger is a device that can be used to store data. At Sigma Hellas what we consider as a data logger is a stand alone device that can read various types of electrical signals and store the data in internal memory for later download to a computer.

The advantage of data loggers is that they can operate independently of a computer, unlike many other types of data acquisition devices. Our Data loggers are available in various shapes and sizes. The range includes simple economical single channel fixed function loggers to more powerful programmable devices capable of handling multipple inputs.

Other Temperature Loggers

A datalogger designed for installation in the driver´s cabin. Connected temperature probes are located in chilled or frozen space behind. A print out of the record is possible any time.

The advantage is low cost operation. The needle printer requires only normal paper in 58mm rolls of 30 meters length. Printing of 9000 lines of record is possible with one roll. The ribbon catridge can print 3 rolls of paper.

Main printer/logger applications: Food or pharmaceuticals transport

Measuring temperature range: -90 to +260°C
Operating temperature range: -30 to +65°C
Operating temperature range of the printer: -20 to +50°C
Compatible temperature probes: Pt1000 sensor with maximum cable length 10 meters
Accuracy of the input without probe: ±0.2°C
Resolution: 0.1°C
Logging interval: user selectable from 1 minute to 60 minutes
Total memory capacity: 1MB - 172 032 records from one probe, 102 400 records from two probes
Power: (up to 5 years with 15 minutes interval and one probe)
9 to 32Vdc, protected against alternator load shedding+internal Lithium battery
Consumption while Printing: approximately 8 W
Consumption - not printing: approximately 0.1 W

175 H1 - 2 channel data logger

Round-the-clock monitoring and logging of temperature, relative humidity and dew point

Super-size memory for long-term measurements and up to 1 million readings, battery life 3 years

Shorter reaction times and accurate measurements with external humidity sensor

Free software download (ComSoft Basic)

Saving energy, archiving, storing goods, creating a comfortable indoor climate – if you can’t analyze the temperature and humidity, you won’t get optimal results. The testo 175 H1 is designed to carry out reliable long-term measurements and log these crucial values for you.

Product Description

The 175 H1 data logger measures, monitors and logs the temperature and relative humidity in buildings and closed rooms. The logger comes with an external humidity sensor (stub) for shorter reaction times and a lock to prevent it from being easily stolen or tampered with.

In addition to the current temperature and humidity values, the logger can also log and display dew point values. Other information including adjustable threshold values, breached thresholds and remaining battery power can also be read off the large, clear display.

Security and comfort on all levels

The 175 H1 ensures a high level of data security and reliable measurements based on leading-edge technology. The logger has a super-size memory that can save up to 1 million readings and an extended battery life of up to 3 years. This gives you the freedom to read out the data at longer intervals, even when the measuring cycles are shorter. The triple AAA batteries included in the scope of supply can be easily replaced by the user.

Programming and Analyzing Your Data Loggers

Choose 1 of 3 software versions to program or read out your loggers or to analyze the measuring data you have obtained on your PC:

Software ComSoft Basic - included - allows you to program your logger and analyze the data quickly and easily

Software ComSoft Professional - optional - provides you with additional possibilities and a more detailed analysis of the temperature and humidity values

Software ComSoft CFR 21 Part 11 - optional - ideal for the special demands of the pharmaceutical sector in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11

PLEASE NOTE: You will need a USB cable (not included in scope of supply) to program your data logger. The data can be transferred to your PC either via USB cable or SD card. Both are optionally available as accessories which can be ordered together with your 175 H1.

Areas of application for the 175 H1 data logger

The 175 H1 professional data logger is ideal for round-the-clock monitoring of temperature and humidity values in closed rooms. The 175 H1 can monitor the indoor climate in buildings, storage facilities and archives and help create a comfortable climate in the workplace. The logger`s external humidity sensor (stub) is connected directly to the housing for shorter reaction times.
