Industrial type flame and fire detectors

A flame is the visible (light-emitting) gaseous part of a fire. It is caused by a highly exothermic reaction (for example, combustion, a self-sustaining oxidation reaction) taking place in a thin zone. If a fire is hot enough to ionize the gaseous components, it can become a plasma.
Color and temperature of a flame are dependent on the type of fuel involved in the combustion.

A flame detector is a detector that uses optical sensors for the detection of flame phenomena of a fire.

We offer an extensive range of State-of-the-Art flame detectors that include IR, IR/IR, IR/IR/IR, UV, UV/IR, UV/IR/IR, UV/IR/IR/IR,  that cover applications for both hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon fires. ATEX configurations are also available.

The units are available with various communications & output options (alarm and fault relay outputs - 0-5V and 4-20mA analog outputs - RS485 output) as well as automatic and manual test, automatic windows heating, IP65.
