Model 2200
An easy to use, dependable, microprocessor based analyzer & controller for Dissolved Oxygen in IP56 (NEMA 4X) enclosure. Digital LED display, 2 control relays with adjustable deadband, alarm relay for perforated membrane, 0-1 mA and 0-5 Vdc non-isolated outputs, 4-20 mA isolated output with range expand, cycling on/off control. Standard enclosure is surface mount. Panel and Pipe mounting optional.
The sensor consist of a probe to which is fitted a cartridge that contains a precisely stretched permeable membrane, electrodes and electrolyte (p/n 91DO).
The inexpensive cartridge will provide continuous service for 6 to 12 months and is the easily replaced in minutes. The cartridge is supplied hermetically sealed for longer shelf life.

:: SPX-P :: The most popular panel meter

The unit has two inputs, 0 to 20 (4 to 20) mA DC or 0 to 10 VDC, and a built-in 24 VDC supply to power remote transmitters. The PXP also incorporates a 16-point input scaling feature for compensation of non-linear processes. The signal totalizer (integrator) can be used to compute a time-input product. This can be used to provide a readout of totalized flow, calculate service intervals of motors and pumps, etc. The totalizer can also accumulate batch weighing operations.
The meter has been specifically designed for harsh industrial environments. With NEMA 4X/IP65 sealed bezel and extensive testing of noise effects to CE requirements, the meter provides a tough and reliable local readout.
Plug-in Card Options

Four optional plug-in cards provide dual FORM-C relays (5 Amp), quad FORM-A relays (3 Amp) or either sinking or sourcing quad open collector logic outputs.
Plug-in cards also facilitate bus communications. These include RS232, RS485, USB, Modbus, Profibus, DeviceNet.
A linear DC output signal is available as a plug-in card. This card provides either 20mA or 10V signals, and the output can be scaled independent of the input range.
Additionally, the display has features that allow a remote computer to directly control the outputs of the unit. This is useful during commissioning phases and diagnostic use. With a communication card installed, set-up software allows configuration from a PC. The configuration data can be saved to a file for later recall.

Maintenance is trivial. The sensor cap lasts for an industry leading 3 years or longer and is inexpensive to replace.
The body is corrosion resistant and designed to stand up to the harsh environment of wastewater.
No sensor on the market packs as much into one small package. Plug into your PLC, remote controller or computer and you’re ready to measure.
