SAFE 40 – safety light

Industrial LED projector designed for safety lighting of heavy industries such as steel mills, rolling mills and foundries. The SAFE 40 series is especially suitable for high temperature environments, large amount of dust and wherever the safety of the workplaces has to be guaranteed.
The lamp consists of a heat-sink and a casing in aluminum, silicone gaskets that guarantee the IP65 degree of protection and a tempered glass closure screen. The LED element, coupled with a particular lens, projects a green spot, even from heights above 20 meters. Compared to any other type of signaling systems, such as applying adhesive, this system is clearly visible, even in brightly lighted environments or with surfaces always covered in dust and dirt.

Safety bar 20 industrial led projector- safety light

Industrial LED projector designed to ensure the safety lighting on forklifts. This lamp, applied on the forklift, emits a blue or red light beam at a distance of several meters that allows workers to notice the arrival of the vehicle. The lamp can be powered at 12 or 24 Vdc. The materials used, such as anodized aluminium, stainless steel and ABS make Safety Bar 20 a long lasting and high quality product. The power consumption of this projector is 18 W.

Safety bar 30 industrial led projector- safety light

Safety Bar 30 is the LED industrial lamp designed for safety lighting of industrial cranes, ideal to increase the safety of the crane operator and general workers in the surrounding areas, especially in loud and lightless environments. Safety Bar 30, applied on the crane, emits a blue or red light beam on the ground that can visually warn about the arrival of the crane by identifying the front and rear maneuvering areas. Safety Bar 30 can also be applied on large industrial vehicles for safety purposes. The unit can be supplied at 230 Vac or, optionally, 24 Vdc or 48 Vdc. The materials used, such as anodized aluminum and stainless steel, make the Safety Bar 30 a durable and high quality product.

Safety bar H.P. industrial led projector- safety light

Safety Bar H.P. is the LED Evo industrial lamp designed for safety lighting of industrial cranes, ideal to increase the safety of the crane operator and general workers in the surrounding areas, especially
in loud environments. Safety Bar H.P., applied on the crane, emits a blue or red light beam on the ground that can visually warn about the arrival of the crane by identifying the front and rear maneuvering areas.

The unit is powered at 230 Vac. Safety Bar H.P. is much more powerful respect to the standard version thanks to its 72W compared to 44W of the Safety Bar 30. The projector has an integrated fan for a better heat dissipation. The materials used, such as anodized aluminium and stainless steel, make the Safety Bar H.P. a durable and high quality product.

Safety Bar 50 EVO
The new LED projector SAFETY BAR 50 EVO is made to give the chance to replace the application of painted or adhesive strips on the ground, create walkways and handling or escape routes. In fact, painted stripes are frequently subject to deterioration or covered by dirt: this makes them not very visible and with potential high risks for the safety of workers.

SAFETY BAR 50 EVO can project on the ground a very intense beam of green, red, yellow or blue colour (according to the chosen model) and, unlike traditional existing applications, it’s always well visible since projected from the top to the ground.
The dimension of the projected beam can change according to the installation height; the device can be installed from 6 up to 12 meters height. If applied at 10 meters, for example, the lamp projects a 6,6 meters green beam on the ground with a thickness of about 14-15 cm.
The lamp is composed by a structure and an heat sink in extruded aluminium and EPDM gaskets that guarantee an IP65 of protection rating.

Thanks to the latest generation LEDs and a special designed optical system, with SUPER SAFE it’s possible to project all kinds of signs, custom symbols and customized writings, in red, yellow, green, blue, white and multicolor images.
Thanks also to different types of optics available, it is possible to create large projections: for example, from 10m height, it is possible to project writings or symbols greater than 3m in diameter.
The product is made of steel, aluminum and copper, with perfect heat resistance - thanks also to the integrated fan - and for a very long life.
